Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Structural Engineer / Junior Site Engineer to join our growing steel fabrication and construction team.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting with structural drawings, site activities, measurements, fabrication coordination, and ensuring that works are carried out as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing structural and fabrication drawings.
• Read and understand structural drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication details.
• Prepare AutoCAD/CAD drawings and make necessary revisions.
• Coordinate with the fabrication workshop and site team.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare site reports.
• Monitor site installation and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site supervisors when required.
• Assist with material take-off and quantity calculations.
• Follow up on fabrication, delivery, and installation activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the senior engineer for solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in structural steel, fabrication, construction, or site engineering is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD is required.
• Ability to read and understand structural and fabrication drawings.
• Basic knowledge of steel structures, fabrication, welding, and site installation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work between office, fabrication workshop, and project sites.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary

AED [Salary Range] per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
