Job Scope:

• Ensure shipment costs are updated correctly in system

• Ensure timely invoicing of shipment as per company standards

• Verify vendor/intercompany invoices timely and raise disputes for incorrect invoices

• Handle invoice disputes or queries in a timely manner

• Handle documentation and/or reporting for specific accounts on billing

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Microsoft Excel
• Diploma in relevant field would be advantageous
• Good working and willing to learn attitude
