Junior Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and professional services support to customers. The role will handle remote support and, when necessary, provide on-site technical support for customer escalations.

This position is suitable for candidates with telecommunications, networking, VoIP, or related technical support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and on-site assistance when necessary for GENEW customer escalations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and communications-related issues.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with Product Management, R&D, Support Center, and other technical teams.
• Facilitate the effective exchange of technical information between customers and internal teams.
• Deliver GENEW Professional Services, including deployment, network optimization, and installation supervision.
• Explain hardware, software, installation, and professional-service support options to existing and prospective customers.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities in coordination with the local Sales Engineer.
• Prepare technical documentation and service reports when required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related technical course.
• 1–3 years of experience in a support-services environment.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Windows, and VoIP.
• Preferably knowledgeable in IMS-based Core Networks, UCaaS, Cloud PBX/IPPBX, or VoIP applications within telecommunications or cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing and able to provide on-site support when required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
