Junior Surveyor

A Junior Surveyor is responsible for measuring land and properties, gathering data, and conducting surveys to support construction, engineering, property development, and land management projects.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Has 0-1 year work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• PRC License is not required but is a plus.
• Willing to be deployed anywhere in the Philippines.

Description:

• Conduct Land Surveys: Measure land, boundaries, topography, and existing structures using equipment such as total stations, GPS, and lasers.
• Prepare Survey Reports: Document findings in detailed reports, maps, and blueprints.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure surveys comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards, as well as land ownership documentation.
• Assist in Planning and Development: Provide survey data to engineers, architects, and developers to support project design and implementation.
• Interpret Data: Analyze data collected during surveys and interpret it for accurate mapping and planning.
• Use Surveying Technology: Operate various surveying equipment and software to record and process data.
• Manage Site Visits: Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations based on survey findings.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of survey data, results, and client communications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, construction teams, and legal professionals to ensure proper documentation and accuracy.
