Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior System Engineer to assist in the maintenance of servers. You will support the IT, provide technical support, and assist in troubleshooting issues to ensure system performance and availability.
Preferred candidate profile
- Provide technical support for Windows systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues affecting multiple users or systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.
