Job Description

Support both our internal IT and our customers' Dynamics 365, Azure and Power Platform environments, with senior engineers and solution architects guiding you along the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal IT Support and Operations

• Support users with laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, connectivity and printing.
• Manage Microsoft Entra joined devices, including provisioning, compliance, app deployment, patching and endpoint protection.
• Administer accounts, groups, licenses and access across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, following least-privilege principles.
• Monitor and respond to security, identity and compliance alerts. Support Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, audit, information protection) in line with group RMS policies.
• Keep IT assets, documentation, incident records and knowledge articles up to date.

Customer and Project System Administration

• Help administer and support Dynamics 365, D365 Finance & Operations (cloud and on-premises), Dynamics AX 2012, Power Platform and Azure integrations.
• Manage project environments from Dev and Test through UAT and Production, covering provisioning, refreshes, backup/restore, deployments and health checks.
• Monitor system performance, batch jobs and integrations. Troubleshoot issues and escalate with clear diagnostic evidence, working with architects, consultants, developers, customers and Microsoft Support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years in IT support, system administration, networking or cloud operations. Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations and internship or lab experience are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, device management, networking and security.
• Basic Azure administration skills (VMs, storage, networking, monitoring, identity).
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• A security mindset, a service attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Nice to have: PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting; Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900 or PL-900.
