Junior Systems Engineer / Developer

Work Focus: Manufacturing Automation & Digitalization/Digitization

Key Responsibilities

System Development

• Design, develop, and maintain internal web-based and desktop applications.
• Create systems from scratch based on operational requirements.
• Develop databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Integrate multiple business processes into centralized platforms.
• Build user-friendly interfaces for production and office personnel.

Manufacturing Digitalization

• Convert manual and paper-based processes into digital workflows.
• Develop production monitoring and tracking systems.
• Create inventory, warehouse, and material management solutions.
• Support implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Develop data collection systems for shop floor operations.

Process Automation

• Automate repetitive administrative and production tasks.
• Develop workflow approval systems and document management tools.
• Implement barcode, QR code, and scanning solutions.
• Integrate machines, sensors, and production equipment where applicable.
• Improve data accuracy and reduce manual entry.

Database & Reporting

• Design and maintain SQL databases.
• Create KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Develop real-time production and performance monitoring tools.
• Ensure data integrity and security.

Technical Support & Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot internally developed applications.
• Gather requirements from production and administrative departments.
• Recommend process improvements through technology.
• Provide user training and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Computer Engineering
  • Systems Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Industrial Engineering with a programming background

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0-2 years of experience in software development, systems development, or automation projects.
• Experience through academic projects, internships, freelancing, or personal projects is acceptable.

Technical Skills

Preferred knowledge in:

• C#/.NET or Python
• SQL Database Development
• Web Application Development
