Position: Junior TA Data Analyst

Location: Benghazi - Libya

We are hiring a Junior TA Data Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition team with data-driven insights that improve sourcing, recruitment efficiency, and hiring quality. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in HR/TA analytics within the Egyptian labor market.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Dashboarding — Build and maintain dashboards for sourcing, pipeline movement, time-to-fill, and agency performance.
• ATS Data Management — Clean, validate, and update candidate data across ATS and HRIS systems.
• Sourcing Analytics — Track channel effectiveness (LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, job boards).
• Pipeline Conversion Analysis — Monitor candidate progress from application to hiring and identify bottlenecks.
• TA KPI Reporting — Prepare weekly/monthly reports on TA KPIs for management.
• Market Insights — Provide data insights on Egyptian labor market trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition analytics or HR data roles.
• Strong skills in Excel , Power BI , or Google Data Studio .
• Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, BambooHR, Odoo, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Egyptian recruitment channels and market dynamics.
