About the role

The Junior Talent Acquisition Executive will support the HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across Bacha Coffee. The role will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to support timely and effective hiring, while also contributing to recruitment initiatives. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and offer preparation.
• Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, recruitment platforms, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidates against job requirements and obtain timely interview feedback.
• Prepare employment-related documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements, including medical check-ups, work pass applications and other necessary arrangements, where applicable.
• Facilitate onboarding arrangements for new hires and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, hiring trackers and recruitment reports, and provide updates on recruitment progress as required.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns, career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives to support the company's hiring needs.
• Provide general administrative support for HR and recruitment activities.

About you

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with minimal HR or recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship, part-time or project experience in HR, recruitment, F&B or hospitality will have an added advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn, with a genuine interest in HR and talent acquisition.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
