### About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated *IT Recruiter* to join our recruitment team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in *IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition*.

### Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

* Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

* Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

* Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Negotiate and discuss basic aspects such as availability, notice period, and compensation.

* Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

* Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.

### Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Willingness to learn IT recruitment and sourcing techniques.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
