We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter who is

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-junior level positions across various

functions.

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and deliver relevant

talent.

• Manage recruitment requirements across IT and selected Non-IT clients.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals,

and other sourcing channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location,

and other job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess suitability for various positions.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.

• Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions, offer processes, and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on candidate progress.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing positions within defined

timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or Executive Search.

• Graduate or Postgraduate qualification; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and

clients.

• Ability to understand requirements quickly and identify relevant profiles.

• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Target-oriented, proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership.

• Prior exposure to Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
