Junior Tank Design Engineer

• Salary: Php 22,000 - Php 25,000

Job Responsibilities

• Produce engineering drawings such as GA, fabrication, and detail drawings of tanks
• Perform basic engineering calculations, including plate thickness, structural member sizing, and dimensional verification
• Prepare material requisition and specification documents
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and meet client deadlines
• Check output against project and client standards
• Create 3D models and perform dimensional verification using Autodesk Inventor

Education Background Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the design or detailing of full containment tanks, oil tanks, pressure vessels, and their accessories
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of other software such as Autodesk Inventor, FEMAP, and ABAQUS is an advantage
• Ability to understand other engineering drawings such as P&ID, piping isometrics, and structural drawings
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, API, EN, JIS)
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to independently organize and prioritize work assignments, deliver high-quality output, and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
