What You'll Do as a Full Time Junior Team Lead :

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to a small sales team
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development of team members
• Help monitor team performance and provide encouragement to achieve daily goals
• Support managers with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and assist with operational processes
• Collaborate with leadership to improve team performance and customer experience
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
