Junior Technical Architect

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Technical Architect to support the preparation and development of architectural drawings for villa and residential projects.

This position is suitable for an experienced drafter or a junior architect who is interested in strengthening their technical knowledge, construction detailing, and understanding of how architectural designs are translated into actual site execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and develop architectural drawings from Design Development (DD) through Detailed Engineering Design (DED).
• Produce working drawings, construction details, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and other technical documentation.
• Translate design directions and technical instructions from Architects and Engineers into clear and accurate drawings.
• Manage drawing revisions, document control, and version updates throughout the project.
• Support project documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Company-approved productivity tools.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Technical Drawing, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong technical portfolio may also be considered.
• Able to prepare architectural working drawings and construction details.
• Basic understanding of building construction methods, materials, dimensions, and detailing.
• Experience with villa, residential, hospitality, or similar projects is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic English skills for understanding drawing notes, comments, and technical instructions.
• Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with Architects, Engineers, and other project team members.

Required Software

• AutoCAD – mandatory
• SketchUp – mandatory
• Revit – an advantage
• Adobe Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualisation software – an advantage
