You will work alongside a supportive cross-functional team spanning Photography, Brand, Food Operations, and Tech to maintain artwork accuracy across our customer-facing app and web platforms.

As a Junior Technical Artworker, you will play a key role in bringing design and copy together to high standards. You will manage recipe card creation using master templates, maintain Gousto's digital asset database, execute technical packaging briefs, and support continuous improvement initiatives across our weekly production cycles.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build recipe cards using master templates and carry out amendments ahead of weekly print deadlines
  • Organise and maintain Gousto's digital asset database and folder systems
  • Resize images for respective digital assets and upload them to internal Gousto systems
  • Perform ad-hoc image retouching to support last-minute ingredient updates
  • Execute technical packaging briefs and supply artworking support in line with Brand guidelines
  • Liaise with Food Operations and Photography teams to support internal and external shoot scheduling
  • Support menu merchandising processes by conducting pre-menu accuracy checks across app and web platforms while coordinating digital banners and tags
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Photography, Brand, Food Operations, and Tech to ensure brand alignment
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Close attention to detail with a structured approach to proofing and formatting
  • Ability to manage short weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple assets concurrently
  • Personal accountability for checking and managing output quality standards
  • Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge or interest in prebuilt master templates, Data Merge, or scripting automation
  • Basic understanding of print production processes
  • A passion for food
