Main Responsibilities

We welcome interns (available for at least 4 months) and fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on technical experience, comfortable working in a factory environment. No prior experience is required, as you will receive on-the-job guidance from our experienced specialist to develop your technical skills.

• Support our Technical Specialist in preparing wood coating samples, color matching, mixing, and basic formula adjustments.
• Prepare sample boards and swatches for customer presentations and project requirements.
• Assist with technical trials and product applications at customers' factories.
• Record testing results, maintain sample inventories, and organize technical documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team on technical requests and sample delivery to ensure high chance of winning.

Requirements

• Students or fresh graduates from Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical disciplines are preferred.
• No previous experience in wood coatings is required.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, factory environment, including frequent factory visits.
• Careful, hardworking, patient, and willing to learn through practical work.
• Basic English is a plus but not mandatory.
