Junior Technical Associate – Firewall & Networking

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Technical Associate to join our Networking & Security team. The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, routers and access points across client and internal network environments.

Experience Required:

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in networking / firewall support

Educational Qualification Requirement:

• BE / B.Tech / any degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing & switching); CCNA course completion preferred
• Good working knowledge in troubleshooting network-related issues
• Hands-on knowledge in Palo Alto and Fortigate firewall configuration
• Knowledge in building and supporting network architecture
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers and access points
