Junior Technical Associate- Infrastructure & Cloud

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Technical Support Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for installing and configuring IT products at customer sites, providing technical assistance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Technical Support

• Perform installation, configuration, and testing of IT products and solutions at customer locations.
• Inspect customer sites and prepare infrastructure requirements for new installations.
• Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals.
• Set up and maintain Wi-Fi networks, routers, and related networking equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Customer Support & Training

• Deliver product demonstrations and user training to customers after installation.
• Provide prompt and professional technical support for after-sales service requests.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and escalate complex cases when required.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely status updates.

Documentation & Reporting

• Record installation details, service activities, and issue resolutions.
• Submit service reports and customer feedback to the internal team.
• Follow company processes and service standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Plus Two, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with installation and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and technical skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer locations.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
