Location: Bristol + client sites

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

About the role:

We're working with a successful and growing IT MSP that is looking for a Junior Technical IT Consultant to join its Delivery team.

The role offers a varied mix of onsite client support, remote technical support, infrastructure projects and new client onboarding, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and progress your career within an experienced team.

Please note, this is a 5-day-per-week role split between the Bristol office and client sites, with regular travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Providing proactive and reactive technical support across client environments
• Acting as an escalation point for issues requiring onsite technical support
• Carrying out onsite troubleshooting, technical checks and maintenance
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients and implementation of new technical solutions
• Assisting the Project team with infrastructure projects and ensuring appropriate documentation and handovers are completed
• Providing remote support through the service desk when required
• Building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to improve their IT environment and overall experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar technical support, infrastructure or IT role, either within an MSP or in-house environment
• Good knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Intune and Windows Server
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly manner
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider technical team
• Full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel to client sites
