Are you the person who loves figuring out why a system stopped talking to another system?

At Northbound Operating Partners, we're looking for a curious, organized Junior Technical Operations & Systems Associate to support our growing group of companies across CRM systems, automations, APIs and technical operations.

What you'll own:

• CRM configuration, workflows & quality assurance
• Automations & integrations (webhooks, APIs, native platform connections)
• API troubleshooting, JSON, REST endpoints & authentication
• Security basics: API keys, environment variables & access control
• Data review, spreadsheet analysis & reporting support
• Documentation, SOPs & technical troubleshooting across systems

You'll use AI tools daily to research, troubleshoot and accelerate technical work — and grow into deeper specialization (automation, backend, data, or security) over time.

Remote | Full-Time | LATAM (Colombia preferred)
English B2+ | Spanish C1 or Native

We're especially interested in candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience (professional, freelance, academic or project-based), who can read API documentation, write basic SQL, and are comfortable learning new tools fast. Recent grads with strong technical projects are encouraged to apply.
