  • Attend fit sessions as required, taking accurate notes and supporting the implementation of fit comments and pattern amendments.
  • Support the Technical Pattern Cutter & Costing Manager with trim and binding ratings ahead of Collection Handover to Production.
  • Measure digital patterns using Gerber and accurately update technical packs.
  • Work to the critical path, managing workload effectively to meet development deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate trackers and communicate progress to ensure visibility across Product Development, Atelier, Industrialisation and Design teams.
  • Ensure all pattern work is completed accurately, efficiently and to the required technical standard.
  • Build strong working relationships with Product Development, Atelier, Industrialisation and Design teams.
  • Occasionally develop new styles from initial design concept through to collection handover, with an appropriate level of autonomy and under the guidance of the Technical Pattern Cutter & Costing Manager.
