MacGregor – Let's shape the future together We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Junior Technical Project Engineer to bridge the gap between our engineering teams and our customers. In this role, you will step into a position of technical leadership, ensuring seamless project execution from the initial sales handover through to final delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional eager to take ownership of project deliverables, customer alignment, and product innovation.

You will serve as the primary technical interface for our customers, ensuring alignment and securing critical drawing approvals. Additionally, you will oversee the translation of engineering designs into manufacturing-ready documentation, guiding a designated team to ensure production moves forward efficiently.

More Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions between the customer and the internal Engineering team to secure drawing approvals and agreements
• Act as point of contact for all general customer technical questions throughout the project lifecycle
• Evaluate and process customer requests for specification deviations at all stages of the project
• Issue early vital part lists to trigger production of long-lead time components
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to support ongoing R&D activities

Reporting directly to Technical Management Manager.The position will be based in MacGregor’s office in Busan, South Korea.

What You’ll Need To Succeed We are looking for a person who has a proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage your core duties with confidence.

Ideally you have

• B.Sc. degree (or equivalent applicable experience). This is an entry-level position well-suited for a recent graduate eager to take on leadership responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor is required
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Solution oriented mindset to identify the challenges and focus on the solutions
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
