Junior Technical Project Manager

POSITION :

JUNIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER – THERMOPLASTICS (TP)

Job Purpose:

The Junior Technical Project Specialist Thermoplastics supports the management of technical activities related to the Thermoplastics business. Working closely with internal laboratories, sales teams, and customers, the role helps collect technical information, coordinate samples and tests, and provide technical support. This position offers the opportunity to develop knowledge of thermoplastic materials, products, and applications within an international environment.

Accountabilities:

· Support the collection and management of technical information related to customer projects.

· Assist in preparing samples and coordinating testing activities with laboratories.

· Help monitor customer trials and collect feedback on product performance.

· Support the management of customer requests and technical documentation.

· Collaborate with R&D, Colour Matching, Quality, and Commercial teams on product development activities.

· Provide technical support to sales teams, agents, and distributors.

· Participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and technical meetings when required.

· Assist with complaint management and follow-up activities.

Skills and Experience:

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical/scientific field.
• Interest in thermoplastics, polymers, or chemical products.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory activities and industrial processes is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Nice to have: Internship or academic project experience in chemical, plastics, or manufacturing environments.
