Junior Technical Specialist – Electronics Assembly & Testing

OTTO Work Force is recruiting a Junior Technical Specialist for our client in the Eindhoven area, the Netherlands .

Our client develops and manufactures advanced high-tech products and systems used across different industries worldwide.

What will you do?

Depending on the department, your responsibilities may include:

• Independently assembling complex electronic modules and systems
• Reading and interpreting technical documentation and work instructions
• Performing technical assessments and identifying deviations
• Testing and inspecting electronic products and assemblies
• Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting diagnostics
• Supporting colleagues with technical questions and challenges
• Working with PCBAs, cables, wire harnesses and electronic components
• Applying ESD, 5S and quality standards
• Performing visual and manual quality inspections
• Supporting continuous improvement within the production process

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of relevant technical experience
• Technical vocational education at approximately MBO Level 3/4, or equivalent specialist experience
• Experience with complex assembly, system integration or electronics manufacturing
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Experience with troubleshooting and identifying technical deviations
• Knowledge of electronic components, PCBAs or system assembly is an advantage
• Good understanding of quality and inspection processes
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment
• Able to work effectively as part of a team

Working schedule

You will work in a 2-shift system :

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
• Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00
• Friday afternoon shift: 14:15 – 20:30

This is a full-time, on-site position .
