Junior Technical Support & Product Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and assist in resolving customer issues related to the company's products and solutions.
2. Follow up on customer enquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
3. Assist in product configuration, quotation preparation, and technical documentation for international business opportunities.
4. Support bid and tender preparation by gathering product information, preparing quotations, and ensuring accurate documentation.
5. Coordinate with sales, technical, and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Information Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related disciplines.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant working experience are preferred.
3. Basic technical knowledge of IT, telecommunications, electronics, or related technologies.
4. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
