Roles and Responsibilities :

• Gain in-depth ERP knowledge through structured product training.
• Resolve client queries and provide technical support.
• Conduct monthly feedback and review calls with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist clients in smooth onboarding and product adoption.
• Prepare and share monthly performance and usage reports to track progress.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest product or process improvements to enhance client experience.
• Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for escalations and maintain proper documentation of tickets and resolutions.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service.
