Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to troubleshoot software/technical issues and provide effective support to clients through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve basic software/technical issues.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues through phone, email, chat, and remote support.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical team.
• Maintain proper records of customer issues and resolutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.

Requirements:

• Graduate in BCA, B.Sc. IT, BA, or related field.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Good customer handling and multitasking skills.
