Junior Technical Support Executive

We are currently seeking an Technical Support Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy providing technical assistance to users, this role is for you! As an Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware and applications, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, applications, and systems.
• Providing technical support to staff and clients, either in person or remotely, to set up systems and resolve technical issues within stipulated SLAs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system, network, hardware, and software problems.
• Replacing faulty hardware components and coordinating with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Supporting operations by creating procedural documentation, generating reports, and following diagrams and instructions for system repairs and setups.
• Assisting in the roll-out of new applications, including conducting user acceptance training.
• Setting up user accounts and profiles, addressing password-related issues, and ensuring prompt response to call-outs within agreed time limits.
• Managing multiple open cases simultaneously, prioritizing them for timely resolution.
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Evaluating and testing new technologies, and effectively communicating with vendors regarding products and applications.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree holder IT / Computer Science.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Able to work efficiently and calmly in a very tight dateline environment.
• Proven success in contributing both in team-oriented environment and individually.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Strong sense of ownership and take pride of the quality of coding delivered.
