Junior Technical Support (L1)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support tickets responsively and professionally
• Troubleshoot technical issues via chat, email, or in-person meetings
• Build relationships and engage with merchants
• Conduct on-site warehouse visits to troubleshoot issues in the field
• Collaborate with technical, product, and warehouse operations teams
• Document findings and share learnings with the team

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills — comfortable interacting with merchants, able to explain technical concepts simply, and build rapport
• Flexible & field-ready — willing to visit warehouses on-site, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Quick learner & problem-solver — fast to pick up new systems, proactive in troubleshooting, not easily stuck on issues
• Detail-oriented — meticulous documentation and careful ticket handling

NICE TO HAVE

• E-commerce experience
• Warehouse/fulfillment knowledge
• Familiarity with customer support tools or helpdesk systems
