Play a crucial role in providing support for IT systems, resolving service tickets, and monitoring assets to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization.
- Resolve service tickets promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address IT-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Assist in server backups and maintain data integrity and security.
- Monitor IT assets to ensure their functionality and performance.
- Contribute to the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware and software.
- One hour earlier morning shift to facilitate the opening of servers.
Pay: Php13,500.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
