Junior Technician - CSSD

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Junior Technician to join our team in the CSSD department at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in healthcare technology and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain medical equipment and instruments in the CSSD department.
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies for procedures.
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgeries and operations.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies or complications.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records systems.
