Junior Technician

Junior Technician role involving diagnosis and repair of air-conditioning units, washing machines, refrigerators, and other domestic appliances. The role includes installation of split and cassette air-conditioning systems, canvas chemical service, and overhaul services.

Open to TVET graduates, diploma graduates, or candidates without prior experience (On-the-job training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair inverter and non-inverter air-conditioning units
• Install split air-conditioning and cassette air-conditioning systems
• Perform canvas chemical service and overhaul service for air-conditioning units
• Diagnose and repair washing machines (top and front-load, non-inverter and inverter), refrigerators (non-inverter and inverter), chillers, freezers, dryers, water heaters, dishwashers, TVs and install water dispensers
• Have brazing experience
• Have basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Work independently at customer sites
• Follow company instructions to provide necessary appliance faulty evidences including photographs and videos
• Write comprehensive reports for repair works
• Travel to and work at multiple customer sites

Intern Admin

Internship role involving administrative support, bookkeeping, and operational coordination. The role includes processing work orders, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating logistics to support daily technician operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit work orders and write summary reports based on technician diagnoses
• Generate daily jobsheets for technicians
• Prepare required spare parts for scheduled technician repairs
• Coordinate logistics for exchange units, used parts, and unused parts
• Receive incoming spare part shipments delivered to the office, unpack/inspect boxes, and record goods receipts
• Perform bookkeeping for purchases
• Conduct stock-taking and prepare inventory reports

Other Requirements (Both Roles):

• Fluent/able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Positive, humble, and willing to learn attitude

Other Junior Technician Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver’s license (GDL license is an added advantage)
• Must have own transport
• Able to work independently at customer sites
• Able to follow company instructions to collect necessary appliance faulty evidence (e.g., photos/videos) and write comprehensive repair reports
