Junior Technology Associate

The Technology Associate will work as part of the larger team to support the goals and objectives of the org, while helping to ensure consistency with company strategy and goals. Applications will be accepted until at least October 23, 2026.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architecture, engineering and infrastructure teams to capture data, perform analysis, and document usage patterns.
• Elicit information and requirements to gain understanding of business partners’ objectives and needs.
• Perform data, application, and dependency analysis and create the appropriate deliverables.
• Perform research and analysis current state and create the appropriate deliverables.
• Develop understanding of technology ecosystem of Enterprise Payments.
• Understand contracts and end of life timelines for applications within the technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering to ensure adherence to governance, audits, and standards.
• Support AI-enabled solutioning and automation.
• Facilitate meetings and present data to teams and leaders.
• Develop and update documentation to support team sites and knowledge management.
• Work with team to respond and answer questions generated by team members and business partners.
• Partner with other teams on project and activities (e.g., Chief Development Office, Value Management Office, Technology Innovation Group, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Related Field.
• Basic understanding of Cloud and Cloud Services.
• Experience creating process maps or systems diagrams.
• Experience with Visio or other process mapping tools.
• Experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Technical writing capability
• Ability to translate technology into relatable concepts for business partners and stakeholders
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively with all business and IT areas
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• High level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to build credibility with team members and business partners
