JUNIOR TELEMARKETER

Hybrid Setup | North Caloocan / Near Amparo

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Flexible Schedule

Full-Time

₱15,000–₱17,000 Basic Pay + Commission

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in Telemarketing, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Engagement.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Training will be provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients

* Identify and connect with the appropriate Decision-Makers

* Present company services and qualify prospects

* Generate leads and conduct follow-ups

* Maintain accurate call and CRM records

* Meet daily and monthly performance targets

QUALIFICATIONS

* Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree

* Good spoken and written English communication skills

* Confident and professional over the phone

* Willing to learn, coachable, and target-oriented

* Basic computer and internet skills

* Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Previous experience in Telemarketing, BPO, Sales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation is an advantage but not required.

HYBRID WORK REQUIREMENTS

For WFH days, applicants must have:

* Reliable internet connection

* Working laptop or desktop

* Quality headset with microphone

* Quiet and professional calling environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Basic Salary: ₱15,000–₱17,000/month

Performance-based commission
