Junior Tender Administrator

About the role

This role involves monitoring government and private tender portals on a daily basis to identify new tender or quotation opportunities suitable for the company, and assisting in the preparation and management of tender documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor government and private tender portals (e.g., ePerolehan, newspapers, corporate websites) on a daily basis to identify new tender or quotation opportunities suitable for the company
• Assist in preparing, compiling, and formatting tender documents (technical and commercial parts) according to the specifications and conditions set by the client
• Collaborate with other departments (such as Finance, Operations, and Human Resources) to gather information, supporting documents, and company profiles required for tender applications
• Ensure all documents, company certificates (e.g., SSM, CIDB, MOF), and licenses are always updated and valid
• Ensure all tender documents are completed, bound (if necessary), and submitted before the tender closing date and time
• Keep and maintain a filing system (physical and digital) for all submitted tender documents, whether successful or not, for future reference
• Attend tender briefings or site visits with company representatives if directed, and perform other general administrative tasks
