Junior Tender Engineer

We are looking for Junior Tender Engineer to support the tender team on their daily activities. He/She must demonstrate the right attitude and strong work ethics, with the ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to evolving project priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Tender Team in preparing tender and quotation submissions.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications under supervision.
• Perform simple quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings.
• Request and collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare comparison sheets and supporting tender documents.
• Maintain and organize tender records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information for tender submissions.
• Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors on quotations and technical information.
• Assist in site visits and tender briefings when required.
• Support the team in any other tender-related administrative and technical tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in construction, piling, foundation, tendering, or estimation will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with piling, foundation, or civil engineering works is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under tight deadlines when required.
