The Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Test Analyst to support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities within a dynamic finance-sector environment. In this role, you will analyse business requirements, design and execute test cases, and collaborate closely with product owners and IT teams to ensure smooth, defect-free implementations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their testing career to build practical UAT experience while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do

• Analyse industry and internal user stories and enhancement requests

• Formulate relevant test scripts and test cases

• Perform UAT planning, design, and execution of test cases

• Collaborate with product owners, IT, and other business units to ensure smooth execution and implementation

• Log, manage, and follow up with stakeholders on defects until closure

• Document all test results thoroughly and accurately

• Provide daily status updates on UAT progress

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in testing or a related field

• Familiarity with Jira for defect and test management

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

• FX knowledge or experience in Client/Portfolio Analysis

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
