Junior Trade Services Operator (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily trade settlement and transaction processing, ensuring transactions are accurately and timely executed in accordance with internal procedures.
• Support the processing and settlement of Trade Finance transactions, including trade loan, supply chain finance, discounting and related payments.
• Assist with the processing and administration of Letters of Guarantee, including issuance, amendment, cancellation and settlement.
• Perform SWIFT / payment instructions and ensure payment details are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with internal departments, correspondent banks and clients to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth transaction settlement.
• Conduct basic transaction verification, reconciliation and exception handling in accordance with internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation, and assist with daily operational reporting.
• Follow internal KYC, AML, sanctions screening and operational risk control procedures.

Desired skills & experience:

• Bachelor Degree or above, studies of Economics, Finance, Business or a related field
• At least 1 years of relevant professional experience
• Professional certifications CSDG, CDCS is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
