Position: JUNIOR TRAINING OFFICER

The Junior Training Officer assists in identifying training needs of both Front of the House (FOH) and Back of the House (BOH) teams. This role supports the Training Head in preparing and conducting training programs aimed at improving employee skills, performance, and service standards.

Job Description:

• Assist in assessing training needs of employees in coordination with the Training Head.
• Help prepare training plans, materials, and learning activities for FOH and BOH teams.
• Support the implementation of training programs and development projects.
• Assist in creating training schedules and activity calendars.
• Conduct basic training sessions and learning workshops.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through store visits and observations.
• Apply different training methods and learning approaches.
• Assist in resolving training-related concerns and challenges.
• Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of company standards, service basics, kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
