Junior Training Officer

About the role

The Junior Training Officer plays a crucial role in developing our sales team and ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and ethical standards required to succeed. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, driving the onboarding process while also supporting broader company initiatives through material creation, presentations, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the orientation and foundational training of all new sales recruits, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive onboarding experience
• Ensure all incoming recruits and current sales forces thoroughly understand and uphold company sales ethics, internal conflict-resolution protocols, and Rep of Record guidelines
• Deliver professional orientations and dynamic presentations to both prospective clients and internal teams as business needs dictate
• Design, create, and regularly revise presentation slides, training modules, and supplementary educational materials to keep curriculum current and effective
• Provide flexible, proactive assistance to the training unit and collaborate with other departments on special projects and additional tasks as deemed necessary by management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field
• At least 1 year of preferred experience in training, marketing, sales, customer service, or a similar field
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; highly articulate and engaging
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time-management capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Creative problem-solver capable of adjusting training methods to suit diverse audiences and learning styles
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with a strong eagerness to learn and undergo ongoing development
• Highly effective at working seamlessly with different groups
• Willing and able to travel, conduct fieldwork, attend events, and work extended hours as business dictates
