Position Summary

Get 2 Close is seeking a detail-obsessed, highly structured Junior Transaction Expert to join our team. This role starts as a part-time position focused on high-level email inbox management (Google Workspace/Gmail), system intake, file initialization, and transaction administrative support. Operating across a standardized processing desk and concierge desk, you will execute quality control audits and manage communications with realtors, lenders, and title partners—with a direct pathway to transition into a full-time Transaction Expert managing an independent file pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing Desk & Intake Management (Layer 1):
• Execute daily high-level inbox management (Gmail), utilizing star-label delegation systems to categorize, route, and save drafted responses for internal review.
• Monitor incoming contract submissions and execute initial Quality Control Audits for missing signatures, incomplete initial blocks, and required addenda.
• Initialize files in AFrame CRM and execute standardized Google Drive folder structures and file sorting.
• Issue standardized, system-level communications under the Get 2 Close brand.
• Transaction Management & Concierge Support (Layer 2):
• Serve as the primary, dedicated Transaction Expert on assigned active files as the role expands from part-time to full-time pipeline management.
• Track critical contingency milestones (Earnest Money, Inspection, Appraisal, Loan Commitment, Closing) and proactively resolve timeline roadblocks before escalation.
• Manage communications with primary agent clients, co-op agents, lenders, title partners, associations, and transaction parties with high-touch professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

• Real Estate IQ: Direct experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination, Title, or Mortgage Loan Processing required.
• Contract Mastery: Strong ability to read and interpret real estate purchase contracts; deep working knowledge of Florida contracts is strongly preferred.
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex contract scenarios, identify potential compliance or timeline risks early, and evaluate multiple solutions independently before escalating.
• Technical Proficiency & Email Management: High-level mastery of Google Workspace (advanced Gmail filtering, inbox delegation, Google Drive organization, and Docs/Sheets) alongside comfort navigating CRM and transaction management system, e-signature platforms, and web forms.
• Exceptional Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $50.00 per day
