Junior Urban Planner

Role : Junior Urban Planner

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of urban design studies, master plans, and zoning layouts.

• Support senior planners in reviewing development proposals and architectural submissions.

• Conduct site analysis, mapping, and data collection for planning projects.

• Prepare drawings, visualizations, and design reports integrating planning and architectural perspectives.

• Contribute to feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants on project deliverables.

• Draft planning documents, presentations, and reports for stakeholder meetings.

• Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and design guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field (Master s preferred).

Min 4-5 years of professional experience in planning or architectural projects.

Strong skills in CAD, GIS, and visualization software.

Knowledge of urban design principles, land use planning, and regulatory frameworks.

Good communication skills preferred
