Job Overview

As a junior installer, you’ll be responsible for helping WOW clients with the most important part of our advertising campaigns – the completed truck wrap! You’ll learn and participate in the entire end to end production process from preparing design files for print, to coordinating install logistics and ensuring all of our client’s campaigns launch on time, on spec, and at a high standard.

This is a full-time, employee role with some days in our Long Island City, NY office and some days working at job sites throughout the NYC Metro area.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Printing and Production Management

• Assist with operating and managing large format, HP Latex printers, laminators, plotters
• Prepping finished materials for job site installation, inclusive of labeling vinyls, packaging, and shipping (if necessary) via UPS/FedEx

Vehicle Wrap Installs

• You will assist senior installers with all aspects of prepping and completing on-site wrap installs and removals throughout the tri-state area and be willing to travel to other markets to complete jobs as needed
• You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality, consistency and on time launch of all completed wrap installs

Required Technical Qualifications:

• Prior experience installing vehicle wraps is a plus, but we are less focused on your existing technical experience and care more about your work ethic, reliability, desire to learn and attention to detail
• Familiarity and experience with fleet wrap projects and on-site (often outdoor) wrap installs
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/steps, and stand for long periods
• Ability and willingness to work outside the confines of the traditional “9 to 5” to get jobs done (often evening/overnight and on weekends) – this is critical.
• U.S. Citizen
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Spanish (preferred, but not required)

Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
