Junior Vessel Support Officer

·         Monitor group’s vessels’ operating performance through daily reports.

·         Apply and renew certificates for groups’ vessels.

·         Maintain up to date Q88 for group’s vessels.

·         Downloading all statutory class survey status and distribute to respective vessels.

·         Focal point for SMS Manual Document Control.

·         To maintain all month end documents from vessels and ensure data correctness and integrity in a timely

manner and maintain necessary spreadsheets for related tasks or to facilitate operations.

·         Ensure local customs procedures such as port clearance, bunker permit etc. to be fulfilled for each voyage.

·         Compile cargo documents and reports for each voyage.

·         Other tasks assigned by superiors.
