We're looking for someone who understands that every cut, transition, animation, hook, and frame should have one purpose; to make people stop scrolling.

At Scaling Wolves, we don't create videos for likes.

We create performance creatives that help D2C brands generate sales.

You'll work on Meta ads, UGC creatives, reels, founder content, and product videos for fast-growing brands, while collaborating with strategists, media buyers, and designers to build creatives that actually convert.

What You'll Be Doing

• Editing high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Instagram & other digital platforms

• Creating engaging motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects

• Editing UGC videos, product videos, founder content, testimonials, and short-form content

• Repurposing raw footage into multiple creative variations for testing

• Collaborating with creative strategists and media buyers to build performance-first creatives

• Understanding hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling that improve watch time and conversions

• Keeping up with editing trends, platform updates, and viral content formats

• Organizing project files and maintaining an efficient editing workflow

This Role Is Great For Someone Who

• Loves editing more than just posting edits

• Has a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and viewer attention

• Enjoys experimenting with different editing styles

• Can take feedback positively and iterate quickly

• Has an eye for typography, motion, composition, and design

• Understands social media culture and current content trends

• Wants to work on projects that directly impact business growth

Skills We're Looking For:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Photoshop & Illustrator (Basic to Intermediate)

• Motion Graphics & Animation

• Sound Design & Basic Color Grading

• Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok & Meta ad creatives

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience editing D2C/eCommerce ads

• Knowledge of AI editing tools

• Experience creating UGC-style ads

• Understanding of performance marketing creatives
