Plus 1 is part of an FMCG group focused on beauty and wellness. We develop and manage brands under the group, leading creative marketing across content, campaigns, and events. Our team brings together strategy and execution to make every brand message consistent, creative, and performance-driven.

We are looking for a talented Junior Video Editor to join our team. This role will work directly with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce engaging video content, storytelling assets, and brand communications across digital and social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content in both short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form formats.
• Work fast and deliver clean, on-brand video edits within deadlines.
• Edit motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and brand visual appeal.
• Find and analyze high-performing references
• Support visual development for product launches, campaign shoots, and digital ads.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video output, ensuring pacing and tone align with brand identity.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand storyboards, briefs, and goals.
• Revise edits based on feedback and iterate quickly to improve engagement metrics.
• Stay aware of video trends, social media algorithms, and competitor content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication Arts, Multimedia, or related field is preferred but NOT required.
• 2+ years of experience in video editing or digital content creation.
• Proven ability to manage both short-form (social-first) and long-form video projects.
• Strong ability to research references and translate them into compelling video narratives.
• Good sense of pacing, sound design, color grading, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut (or similar professional editing suites).
• Familiar with social media and e-commerce video formats and requirements.
• Motion animation and 2D graphics skills are a strong plus.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a bonus.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet delivery deadlines.
• Team player with clear communication and a proactive attitude
• Equipment Requirement
  The editor is expected to use their own personal computer and editing equipment for work. To support this requirement, the company will provide an additional equipment depreciation allowance of THB 2,000 per month in addition to base salary.
