Junior Visual Graphic Designer

Requirements & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Create branding & marketing visuals for social media, website, campaigns, ads, and launches.
• Translate brand direction & moodboards into strong, consistent visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to support campaigns and storytelling.
• Prepare print-ready and production-ready files (correct sizing, colour accuracy, repeats).
• Assist in photoshoot visuals: look & feel, graphic overlays, catalog layouts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (online & offline).
• Stay updated with fashion trends, colour stories, and visual aesthetics.
• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand standards

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Communication, or related field 1 years experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands (fresh graduates with strong portfolio encouraged).
• Strong sense of fashion aesthetics, colour harmony, typography, and composition.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects is a bonus).
• Experience in print design (patterns, repeats, packaging, labels) is highly preferred.
• Able to work fast without compromising quality.
• Understands branding, not just “pretty design”.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
• Familiar with Social media content trends (Reels, TikTok visuals).
• Interest in fashion storytelling & brand building.
