Junior Warehouse Associate

Key responsibilities

A. Regulatory Compliance & External Relations: Act as the main contact with government agencies for permits, licenses, and compliance

B. Inventory Management & Control

• Conducts daily physical inventory checks
• Receives, inspects, and counter-checks all incoming stock deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Prepares and submits stock replenishment requests based on inventory levels and anticipated needs

C. Housekeeping & Administrative Support

• Assists in sourcing, procuring, and coordinating delivery of office and warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Monitors branch facilities and reports maintenance, safety, or security issues.
• Tracks utility usage and processes timely bill payments.
• Keeps workspaces and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Supports general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

D. Customer Service & Counter Operations: Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and governmental representatives

About you

• At least college-school graduate
• Can communicate comfortably in English and Tagalog
• Comfortable in making Excel reports and has good communication skills
• Experience in customer-service, cashiering, warehouse management and/or inventory management is a plus

Santiago, Isabela (Office site to be finalized)

Mondays to Fridays (10am to 6pm), Saturdays (10am to 2pm)
