Junior Web Coordinator

The Junior Web Coordinator is responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining content for LGE websites to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines. This position collaborates with LGE regional managers, web builders, and cross functional teams to ensure content complies with all the requirements of the client and it’s in line with the LGE`s brand design and quality guidelines.

So what's the role all about?

• Work closely with Web Builders and Local Digital Marketers to coordinate projects from kickoff through post-production
• Analyze links and content to make sure the information, he/she provides is accurate and easily understandable.
• Support the approval process internally, cross-functionally and with Local Digital Market leaders.
• Problem solve Jira request and updates within the defined timelines.
• Act as a project liaison for the web creative teams and with key partners – Local Digital Marketers.
• Partner with internal resources to deliver training to Local Digital Marketers.
• Ensure accuracy of all levels of requests as reported in systems through daily and weekly updates of reporting and manual tasks.
• Track daily web demand of modification and creation requests
• Take ownership of each task and maintain the high-quality standards of the client LGE, meeting the targets of the project.
• Take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client business controls requirements and policies.
• Adheres to all Health and Safety regulations, internal Concentrix, IT and local policies and procedures
• Understands and apply Business Controls, data privacy and security guidelines/regulations. Maintain Workstation Security at any time
• Performs additional tasks according to business needs

You are the one we’re looking for if you:

• Have a University Degree
• Have experience in B2B written communication
• Have experience in handling tasks through Jira ticketing tracking system
• Have experience working with Web Content Management System will be an advantage
• Have knowledge in Client Web Design Standard will be an advantage
• Have a fluent level of English, both written and verbal
• Have fluent level of French or Spanish, both written and verbal will be an advsntage
• Have excellent knowledge and usage of MS Office applications
• Are flexible with the ability to manage a demanding and changing workload
• Have excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
• Have excellent problem solving, decision making and troubleshooting skills
• Are self-driven and motivated.
• Are innovative and initiative individual.
• Have ability to work in a team and independently
• Have ability to multi-task
