Junior Web Developer - Bootstrap Studio Expert

About the role

We're hiring a junior web developer who knows Bootstrap Studio inside out to build a growing portfolio of SEO-ready websites. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Pakistan.

You'll build multiple websites across a wide range of industries, each with its own look, structure and identity. You don't need to be a full-stack developer or have years of agency experience. We care far more about what you can build in Bootstrap Studio and how carefully you build it.

Site structure, content and layout direction will be provided for every project. Your job is to turn that direction into fast, clean, distinctive websites that search engines understand and visitors trust.

What you'll do

Build websites in Bootstrap Studio

• Build multiple websites from the structure, content and layout briefs we provide
• Create a distinct visual identity for every site: colour palette, typography, imagery style, section layouts and components
• Plan each design carefully rather than copying and pasting templates between projects; no two sites should look like siblings
• Build fully responsive pages that work well on mobile, tablet and desktop
• Keep pages fast and clean: compressed images, tidy code, no unused bloat

Apply on-page SEO to every page

• Write and set unique page titles and meta descriptions
• Use a correct heading hierarchy (one H1 per page, logical H2/H3s)
• Add SEO-friendly breadcrumbs, with BreadcrumbList schema
• Add structured data (JSON-LD schema) such as LocalBusiness, Organization, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList
• Create GA tracking and submit sitemaps to Bing and GSC.
• Set clean URLs, image alt text, internal links, canonical tags, a robots.txt and an XML sitemap

Set up each site's presence beyond the website

• Create a handful of business directory listings for each site, with consistent name, address and phone (NAP) details
• Set up social media profiles for each site and link them to the website
• Keep a simple record of every listing, profile and login for each site

Work with us

• Take feedback on drafts and revise quickly
• Flag problems early, such as missing content, a brief that won't work on mobile, or a layout that feels too similar to another site
• Publish sites and make updates after launch

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Business Profile
• Familiarity with Schema.org validators and Google's Rich Results Test
• Basic image editing in Canva, Figma or Photoshop
• Experience building sites for UK businesses or local service providers
